PortalHQ and EnrolHQ are owned and operated by Team HQ Pty Ltd (“Team HQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing an agreement or using our services, you enter into a binding contract and accept these Terms of Service, which govern your use of Team HQ’s online services, including PortalHQ and EnrolHQ.
Team HQ reserves the right to modify its privacy policies from time to time. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in our emails. However, we may still send you important service announcements and administrative messages related to your account.

Team HQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not:

You, not Team HQ, shall have sole responsibility for the input accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all customer data submitted through the service.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. Team HQ will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service, prevent or address technical problems, or as required by law.
Team HQ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its technology, content, and service, including all related intellectual property rights. The Team HQ, PortalHQ, and EnrolHQ names and logos are protected trademarks.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Team HQ’s trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written consent.
Charges are based on the plan you have selected, with monthly or annual billing options available. Team HQ may modify its fees upon 30 days’ written notice.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Advance payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Team HQ guarantees 99.85% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (averaging approximately 1 hour per week). Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours where possible.
In the event that uptime falls below the guaranteed level, affected customers are entitled to pro-rata rebates on their monthly fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Team HQ’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team HQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 14 business days’ written notice before the expiration of the current term.
Upon termination:
Team HQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
